First it was Caroline, now but there will also be bottles of Anne and Caitlin.

All three are beers produced by Tarpon Springs, Fla.-based Saint Somewhere Brewing Co. and all three are named after a family member of owner Bob Sylvester.

Saint Somewhere Caroline

Anne is named for Sylvester’s wife, is a saison brewed and fermented with elderflowers. Caitlin, named for Sylvester’s eldest daughter, is a saison brewed with whole, dried orange slices. Finally, Caroline, named for Sylvester’s youngest daughter who loves coffee, is a saison aged on whole bean coffee, allowing it to pick up the full flavor of black coffee without the color.

All three beers have an ABV of 5 percent and are packaged in 750ml cork and cage bottles. The beers will be available throughout Florida starting in a week or two, but in limited quantities. There are only 65 cases of each beer being distributed.
