According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Saint Arnold Brewing Co. is working on releasing Bishop’s Barrel 23, a saison ale aged in chardonnay wine barrels with brettanomyces and conditioned on apricots, honey and peaches before being packaged in 12-ounce bottles.

The ale will be part Saint Arnold’s Bishop’s Barrel Series, which debuted in 2012 and is made up of creations produced as a way for the brewery to experiment with various beers with adjuncts and aged in different types of barrels.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
