Things are about to get hotter.

Rouge Ales has announced via social media that it will be releasing a new stout that incorporates Sriracha, the infamous chili sauce that is popular in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. The condiment uses chili peppers, garlic, distilled vinegar, sugar, and salt and according to Wikipedia is “named after the coastal city of Si Racha, in Chonburi Province of eastern Thailand.”


The Ashland, Ore.-based brewery is known for releasing beers that incorporate interesting combinations of ingredients, including Voodoo Doughnut Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Ale, Voodoo Doughnut Pretzel, Raspberry & Chocolate Ale and Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Ale.

Exact release details are unknown at this time, but the caption under the photograph of the label that was posted read, “December.”
