MillerCoors has purchased a brewery for the third time in less than a month.

This time the brewery in question is Granbury, Texas-based Revolver Brewing, which was founded 2012 by father and son team Ron and Rhett Keisler along with brewer Grant Wood. The brewery currently distributes its beers in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin and surrounding areas.

According to the press release, Revolver will be run as a separate business unit of Tenth and Blake Beer Co., the craft and import division of MillerCoors, and all employees will be retained in their current positions.

“We are excited to be joining the Tenth and Blake family, which shares our commitment to brewing great craft beer,” said Rhett Keisler in a press release. “This partnership will allow us to maintain our brewery and operations in Granbury, while providing us with the additional resources to invest in and accelerate the growth of the Revolver brand in Texas.”

Tenth and Blake has numerous other brands in its portfolio, including Blue Moon Brewing Co., Crispin Cider Co., Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co. and Saint Archer Brewing Co. Just last month the company purchased a majority stake in Terrapin Beer Co. of Athens, Ga. as well as Springfield, Ore.-based Hop Valley Brewing Co.

In July, the Department of Justice approved a merger between Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller, the latter of which currently owns both MillerCoors and Tenth and Blake. As a condition of that agreement, SABMiller must divest ownership of MillerCoors, which is expected to be sold to Molson Coors.

While the terms of the agreement were not disclosed, the deal is expected to be complete in the third quarter.
