The flavor of the Berliner Weisse is achieved through a kettle souring process that allow lactobacillus bacteria to add the traditional tartness. The hops are described as adding elements of tropical fruit and citrus.
The beer comes in at 6.2 percent ABV and 10 IBUs. Ranger Creek recommends that it is consumed fresh.
An email sent to the brewery San Antonio, Texas, Brewery and Distillery, was not immediately returned.
