According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Prairie Artisan Ales is working on releasing Y’all, a 7 percent ABV IPA that will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. Prairie had previously filed a label for a 4.8 percent ABV ale brewed with key lime and salt under the same name, but that ale has not yet been released.

Another version of the Y’all moniker has been used by Prairie before, specifically for Hey Y’all, an 8.8 percent ABV hazy double IPA that was brewed as a collaboration with American Solera and released last year.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned. In addition, while the beer label attached to this story is the label that was approved by TTB, Prairie has frequently changed the final designs of labels before the beers are released to market.
