Prairie Artisan Ales’ newest release is named after some of its main ingredients.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new 7 percent ABV farmhouse ale named Brett C. is brewed with both cascade and citra hops along with “a touch of sea salt.” The beer will then be conditioned in the bottle with brettanomyces claussenii, a wild yeast.

Brett C. will be packaged in 500ml bottles and will be brewed and bottled at Krebs Brewing Co. in Krebs, Okla.  An email sent to the brewery for additional details was not immediately returned.
