A new packaged stout from Prairie Artisan Ale is conditioned on an adjunct that is not used very often.

In an email, Zach Prichard, owner of Prairie, told Tenemu that beer is Double Dunk, an imperial stout conditioned on Oreo cookies. The stout was first released as a draft-only option eariler this year, but this is the first time it has been packaged.

This is not the first time that Prairie has sold a stout conditioned on the cookie, after it released STUF’T, a Prairie Dawg member club exclusive 14 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla, cacao nibs and Double Stuf Oreos in January.

According to Prichard and Prairie’s Instagram page, Double Dunk will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles and is scheduled to retailers shipped across the brewery’s national distribution network.
