Two of Prairie Artisan Ales’ most anticipated stouts of the year are being released this month exclusively at the brewery, but there is a catch: this year, fans can reserve their bottles online.

The two beers are Bourbon Paradise 2018, a 16 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on both coconut and vanilla, and Barrel-Aged Christmas Bomb! 2018, an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on cacao nibs, vanilla, coffee, cinnamon and chili peppers.

While past incarnations of both have been released as both brewery exclusives and distributed, Prairie has announced that customers can purchase this year’s versions online instead of having to wait in line for their allocations.

According to Prairie, Barrel-Aged Christmas Bomb! 2018 and Bourbon Paradise 2018 are packaged in 12-ounce bottles priced at $12 each and can be purchased at this website with a purchase limit of four bottles and 12 bottles per person respectively.

Purchasers can then choose to pick up their bottles at one of two of Prairie’s locations starting on Dec. 8, and there are no proxies allowed.
