A brand new variant of one of Prairie Artisan Ales’ most well-known imperial stouts will be brewed using coffee from the Lone Star State.

According to Prairie, that variant will be the appropriately named Texas Bomb!, an 11.2 percent ABV imperial stout conditioned on cacao nibs, chili peppers and vanilla beans that will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles.

In addition, while the regular Bomb! imperial stout incorporates coffee sourced from Spaceship Earth Coffee Co. in McAlester, Okla., the coffee in Texas Bomb! will be sourced from Houston-based Katz Coffee.

A label was previously filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), that indicated the coffee would be sourced from Cuvée Coffee in Austin.
