Prairie Artisan Ales has two new beers in the works.

Prairie De La Sour

The first is De La Sour, a 7 percent ABV “sour ale brewed with coffee” and conditioned on brettanomyces while the second beer is Ape Snake, a 7 percent ABV dry-hopped dark farmhouse ale conditioned on brettanomyces. According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), both new beers will be packaged in 500ml bottles and both will be brewed and bottled at Krebs Brewing Co. in Krebs, Okla.

A spokesperson for Prairie declined to comment on any additional details.
