Chicago-based Pipeworks Brewing Co. recently announced via its Twitter account that it is releasing Emerald Grouper.
Emerald Grouper, formerly known as Square Grouper, is an imperial IPA with rotating availability that has not been brewed since March 2015. It has a straight-forward malt bill containing brewers two-row, wheat, and special roast malts. The major flavors come from the Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and the wildflower honey added to the whirlpool.
