Two weeks ago, Pipeworks Brewing Co. released Lil Citra on draft, now it appears that it will be heading to cans.
A beer label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), indicates that Lil Citra will be packaged in 16-ounce cans.
The beer was originally released on Jan. 22 in kegs. Lil Citra is a session IPA brewed exclusively with Citra hops and cocks in at 4.9 percent ABV.
Pipeworks has used Citra hops exclusively in an IPA before, specifically in Citra, a 9.5 percent ABV double IPA.
An email sent to the brewery requesting information on a release date and distribution details was not immediately returned.
