Pike Brewing Co. has released its summer seasonal that commemorates a baseball legend.

Named Pike No. 4 Session IPA, the 4.2 percent IPA is brewed with carapils, Munich and Skagit Valley Alba malts as well as being hopped with Galena, Mosaic and the “Ales for ALS proprietary hop blend.” The beer was named after Lou Gehrig’s retired jersey number, and was first released in 2014 as a draft-only option.

According to Pike Brewing, Pike No.4 Session IPA is packaged in 22-ounce bottles and is shipping to retailers now in its distribution network now.
