Perrin Brewing Co.’s newest release is a bear of beer.

In two weeks, the Comstock Park, Mich.-based brewery will be releasing Big Griz, a 12.5 percent ABV imperial brown ale brewed with “specialty malts and unique hops from all over the world” before being aged in American bourbon barrel for “several months until it was just right.”

In an email, Lindsey VanDenBoom, spokesperson for Perrin told Tenemu that Big Griz will be released on draft at the brewery on June 9, with 22-ounce bottles ($10.99) shipping to retailers starting the week of June 13.
