Staring today, Perennial Artisan Ales is pre-selling packages that include three different versions of one of the brewery’s most popular stouts.

That beer is 2018 Abraxas, a 10 percent imperial stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks and vanilla beans packaged in 750ml bottles. The stout was first released in bottles by the St. Louis, Mo.-based brewery in 2011 and has been a seasonal release since then.

As was the case last year, the brewery will also be releasing bottles of 2018 Coffee Abraxas, a 10 percent ABV variation of Abraxas that is brewed with Colombian Cauca coffee sourced from Sump Coffee of Saint Louis; and 2018 Vanilla Abraxas, which is the same base stout conditioned on vanilla beans.

According to a post on the brewery’s Eventbrite page, customers are now able to purchase a bundle package containing one Coffee Abraxas, one Vanilla Abraxas, two regular Abraxas and a custom bottle bag for $100 plus fees via Eventbrite starting today. In addition, the brewery is allowing proxies to pick up the beers.

The purchased bundle packages will then be available for pick up at the brewery on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 30 — 4-9 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 31 — 4-9 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 1 — 4-9 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 2 — 4-9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 3 — 12-4 p.m. or 4-9p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 4 — 12-5 p.m.

In addition, “a limited number” of regular 2018 Abraxas bottles will be available for purchase at Perennial beginning on Nov. 3 while bottles of 2018 Coffee Abraxas will be available for sale on Nov. 1 and 2018 Vanilla Abraxas bottles will be on sale on Oct. 30.

Finally, bottles of 2018 Abraxas will also be sent to retailers across Perennial’s distribution network starting the second week of November.
