Perennial Artisan Ales is hoping to score a royal flush with its newest release.

The St. Louis, Mo.-based brewery will be releasing Jack Rose, an 8 percent ABV ale brewed with apple juice. The new beer is being produced in collaboration with Jack Rose Dining Saloon, and is inspired by the Washington, D.C. bar’s signature cocktail, the Jack Rose.

This will be the second release in Perennial’s Dealer Choice series, which includes beers that are inspired by different cocktails from bars around the country. The first beer in the series was The Last Word, a  7 percent ABV ale brewed with lemon and cherries in collaboration with The Aviary in Chicago.

According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Jack Rose will be packaged in 750ml bottles and will be distributed to Perennial’s entire distribution network.

An email sent to the brewery for additional details was not immediately returned.
