According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Perennial Artisan Ales is planning on releasing Loral Cyro, a new addition to its dry-hopped saison Prism Series.

Loral Cyro is being brewed with Belgian yeast, pilsner malt and flaked wheat before being dry-hopped with Loral Cyro hops and packaged in 16-ounce cans. According to the label, this beer will have floral, herbal, grassy and citrus flavor notes and it will come in at 5.5 percent ABV.

“Prism is a new, ongoing series we created to reflect classic and experimental hop varietals through the form of dry-hopped saison,” according to Perennials website. The brewery is releasing a new addition to the Prism Series three times per year packaged in both cans as well as on draft. Previous Prism Series releases include Perennial’s Mosaic as well as its Mandarina Bavaria + Spalt dry-hopped saisons.

An email sent to the brewery for information about the timing, packaging and distribution of this release was not returned.
