To commemorate its second anniversary, Other Half Brewing Co. is releasing not one but two new beers, along with a well-loved classic.
The first beer is appropriately named 2nd Anniversary, a 9 percent ABV imperial IPA brewed with Citra, Galaxy, kohatu and wai-iti hops that is “one of the happiest fruit bombs” the brewery has produced to date. The new IPA is packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($20) and will have a three four-pack per person limit.
Next up will be Diamond Mausoleum, a 7.5 percent ABV cascadian dark ale that is “aggressively” hoped with Amarillo, centennial and waimea hops. This beer was brewed in collaboration with Asheville, N.C.-based Burial Beer Co., and is packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($16) with a two four-pack per person limit.
Finally, the Brooklyn, N.Y.-based brewery will be releasing a new batch of Hop Showers, its 7.4 percent ABV IPA brewed with Ahtanum, Amarillo and Citra hops, which will packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($16) and will have one case per person limit.
According to a post on Other Half’s Instagram page, all three beers will go on sale at the brewery on Jan. 30.
