The New Orleans Arts and Jazz Fest has seen many musicians collaborate on stage over the years. Its influence of bringing like minded people together to have a good time has now reached to the liquid musicians and music fans love, beer.

Oskar Blues Brewery and NOLA Brewery have teamed up to create a special beer just for the legendary fest: The Wolf and the Lamb.

“The crews teamed up to double up the Double Pilsner style, cranking out a 7-percent ABV super-pale lager packed with Pilsner malt and loaded with Czech Agnes and Styrian Wolf hops,” reads a press release.

The unique label art was created by Louisiana artist J. Pierre and reflects the people and spirit of the festival. They are launching the beer in style with several events where you can taste the new beer and meet the brewers.

There will also be 20 special edition “The Wolf and the Lamb” signed and numbered giclee prints available for purchase at select events.

The Wolf and the Lamb is a limited release of six-packs of 12-ounce cans only available in each of the breweries’ home states: Louisiana and Colorado.
