OddSide Ales will begin shipping two of its most popular beers in cans in the next six weeks.

According to Colleen Michner, spokesperson for the Grand Haven, Mich.-based brewery, the first two beers to be canned will be Citra Pale Ale (5.75 percent ABV), a pale ale brewed exclusively with citra hops and Bean Flicker (4.5 percent), a blonde ale brewed with coffee.

“Yeah, we are hoping to do our first run in about a month,” said Josh Gordon, operations manager and brewer at OddSide, in and email to Tenemu. “As always, with new equipment, there will be a learning curve for us. But you should start seeing both beers in 12pks by about March for sure.”

According to Gordon, both beers will be packaged in 12-ounce cans and will see distribution throughout the state of Michigan when they ship to retailers.
