Prairie Artisan Ales will be releasing a new version of its Prairie Hop this month.

The new incarnation of Prairie Hop is an 8 percent ABV “hop driven saison” that is brewed with simcoe and falconer’s flight hops. Originally released in 2012, the first incarnation of Hop came in at the same 8 percent ABV, but incorporated citra and simcoe hops.

According to Wesley Morrison, brand ambassador for Prairie, Prairie Hop will be available in 16.9-ounce bottles and on draft at the end of July across the Tulsa, Okla.-based brewery’s entire distribution network.
