New Holland Brewing Co.’s newest seasonal beer is being released today.
The Holland, Mich.-based brewery will be releasing Lost Dune, a 5.5 percent ABV “summer ale” brewed with coriander, magnum and Mosaic hops as well as two-row, Munich and wheat malts. In addition, the ale is brewed with local blueberries sourced from Michigan’s “dune-laden west coast.”
“At New Holland, it’s no secret that we’re inspired by the seasonality of ingredients and flavors,” said Brett VanderKamp, co-founder and president, in a press release. “Plus, located on Lake Michigan, summer is a natural inspiration. Lost Dune captures the taste of summer with its refreshing and aromatic body.”
According to a post on New Holland’s Facebook page, Lost Dune will be packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and is scheduled to be released at an event today at the brewery and will be available across the brewery’s entire distribution network in the coming weeks.
