New Holland Brewing Co.’s newest Dragon Milk’s Reserve variant will include both maple syrup and bourbon barrels.

The beer is Dragon’s Milk Reserve Maple Oak, an 11 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with glacier and nugget hops as well as maple syrup before being aged in bourbon barrels.

The new stout incorporates the New Holland, Mich.-based brewery’s Dragon’s Milk Imperial Stout (11 percent ABV) as its base, and will join a multitude of other variants, including Dragon’s Milk Reserve Mexican Spice Cake (11 percent ABV), Dragon’s Milk Reserve Raspberry Lemon (11 percent ABV) and Dragon’s Milk Reserve with Coffee & Chocolate (11 percent ABV.)

According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Dragon’s Milk Reserve Maple Oak will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles.
