A new Dragon Milk’s Reserve variant from New Holland Brewing Co. combines both a fruit and a flower.

The beer is Dragon’s Milk Reserve Reserve Raspberry Hibiscus, an 11 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with raspberries and hibiscus before being aged in bourbon barrels.

The new stout incorporates the New Holland, Mich.-based brewery’s Dragon’s Milk Imperial Stout as its base, and will join a multitude of other variants, including Dragon’s Milk Reserve S’Mores, Dragon’s Milk Reserve Raspberry Lemon and Dragon’s Milk Reserve with Coffee & Chocolate. Dragon’s Milk is typically listed at 11 percent ABV.

According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Dragon’s Milk Reserve Raspberry Hibiscus will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
