New Glarus Brewing Co. is adding a brand new beer to its most popular series this month.
That beer is named Kühler, a wild ale brewed with three-year-old noble hops before being rested in oak casks for eighteen months. The new beer will be part of New Glarus’ Thumbprint Series, which according to the brewery’s website are beers where “… we cut Dan loose to brew whatever he chooses.”
According to New Glarus’ website, Kühler will be packaged in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles and is already available at the brewery. It will also hit distribution statewide by the end of next week.
