Early next year, New Glarus Brewing Co. will be adding a brand new beer to its most popular series.
The beer in question is named Triple 5, a 9 percent ABV Belgian-style triple ale brewed with Belgian candi sugar. In addition, the ale is brewed with five different grains: barley, brown rice, heirloom Midwestern corn, oats and white wheat.
The new ale will be part of New Glarus’ Thumbprint Series, which according to the brewery’s website are beers where “… we cut Dan loose to brew whatever he chooses.”
According to New Glarus’ website, Triple 5 will be packaged in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles and scheduled to be released in February 2021.
