New Glarus Brewing Co. is adding a brand new beer to its most popular series this month.

That beer is named Chocolate Stout, a stout brewed with English Dark Crystal malts as well as American and Alsatian hops. The new stout will be part of New Glarus’ Thumbprint Series, which according to the brewery’s website are beers where “… we cut Dan loose to brew whatever he chooses.”

According to New Glarus’ website, Chocolate Stout will be packaged in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles that are scheduled to be shipped to retailers exclusively in the state of Wisconsin starting this month through December.
