Two of the best known breweries in the pastry stout game are joining forces again.
This time, Modern Times Beer and Horus Aged Ales are collaborating on Doom Hawk, a 14 percent ABV imperial stout conditioned on coconut and vanilla. The two breweries have collaborated before, most notably for The Eleventh Hour, an 11.4 percent ABV barleywine aged in bourbon barrels with coffee, macadamia nuts and vanilla beans that was released late last year.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Doom Hawk will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles.
An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
