According to a news report on, Michael Miller was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for selling craft beer without a license on the website

Police officers responded to an ad on the website, which allows interested parties to sell collectible beer bottles, cans, signs and other memorabilia, and arranged to meet Miller at a truck stop. Miller allegedly sold the officers 57 bottles containing 1,286 ounces of craft beer for a total of $700.

Miller was then arrested by police for selling malt and/or brewed beverages without a license, and has been subsequently charged.
