Earlier this year, Lakewood Brewing Co. announced it was adding two new Temptress variants and we now know when one of them will be available.

Peanut Butter Temptress is a 9.1 percent ABV imperial milk stout brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla and conditioned on chocolate, peanuts and sea salt. The new beer will be part of the Seduction Series, variations of Lakewood’s Temptress milk stout that use different adjuncts to enhance the flavors of the base beer.

The brewery’s 2018 release calendar that was announced in January features some major changes to the line. Lakewood retired three of the four longstanding releases in the series: Raspberry Temptress, Mole Temptress and Sin Mint Temptress. They are being replaced by two new to be announced variants in the series that will be shipped in August and November.

In an email, Craig Bradley, marketing and events manager at Lakewood, told Tenemu that Peanut Butter Temptress will be packaged in four-packs of 12-ounce bottles that are scheduled to be released in “late summer/early fall-ish.”
