A Jester King Brewery creation that has not been seen for two years is returning tomorrow.

The beer in question is Bière de Syrah Blend 3, a 6.4 percent ABV barrel-aged sour beer refermented with Texas-grown syrah wine grapes. As with the second incarnation released in 2017,  the newest version of the barrel-aged ale was brewed using Texas-grown grapes; the original release of the beer the debuted in 2015 incorporated grapes from the 2014 harvest in California.

According to a post on Jester King’s Facebook page, Bière de Syrah Blend 3 is packaged in 500ml bottles ($20) and will be released at the brewery on Nov. 15 with a three bottle per person per day purchase limit and 1,020 total bottles available.
