After announcing that it would be releasing Birra di Sangiovese on Black Friday, it turns out that Jester King Brewery has at least one more surprise up its sleeve for the big day.

The Austin-based brewery will also be releasing 2017 Grim Harvest, a 5.2 percent ABV farmhouse ale that has been conditioned on “spent” blackberries that were used in the brewery’s Nocturn Chrysalis. This will be the second release of Grim Harvest after it debuted in April, although that version came it at a lower 5.2 percent ABV and consisted of only 800 total bottles.

“We’re essentially doing a second refermentation of the blackberries with a younger beer,” reads a post on Jester King’s Facebook page. “Or in other words, we’re using the byproduct of one beer to make a second.”

According to Jester King, 2017 Grim Harvest will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($18) with a total of 5,800 bottles available and a limit of four bottles per person per day when it goes on sale on Nov. 24.
