When Jester King Brewery opens today, it will be debuting a brand new beer inspired by some of the brewery’s favorite “crisp, dry, hoppy Franco-Belgian pale ales.”

That beer is named Femme Sauvage, a 5.2 percent ABV “hoppy farmhouse ale” that has been dry-hopped with Glacier, Loral, Mosaic, Sabro and Simcoe. The new ale was brewed to support the Pink Boots Society—whose members not only helped brew the beer, but also supplied the aforementioned hops—which was created to “assist, inspire and encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education.”

According to a post on Jester King’s Facebook page, approximately 900 750ml bottles ($15) of Femme Sauvage will be available when it goes on sale today with no purchase limits. In addition, $2 of every on-site bottle sale as well as $1 of every on-site pour will be donated to help fund Pink Boots Society scholarships.
