Jester King Brewery’s strawberry sour is back.

The Austin, Texas-based brewery will be releasing the newest version of Omniscience & Proselytism, a 5.3 percent ABV barrel-aged sour beer refermented with fresh strawberries sourced from Fredericksburg, Texas.

This is the third time that Omniscience & Proselytism has been released, with the first incarnation sold in Oct. 2013 at that year’s Funk n’ Sour fest held at Jester King, but it was only sold on draft at the event. The second release was on Oct. 15, 2014, when roughly 3,000 500ml bottles were available priced at $16 each. However, while the first version used local strawberries, the 2014 version incorporated strawberries from Oregon.

According to a post on Jester King’s Facebook page, Omniscience & Proselytism will once again be packaged in 500ml bottles ($20) with approximately 2,200 bottles available for sale. In addition, the beer will released on June 17 at the exclusively at the brewery and will have a two bottle per person limit.
