A brand new batch of one of Jester King Brewery’s oldest creations is being released just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The Austin, Texas-based brewery has announced it will be releasing its newest incarnation of Das Wunderkind!, a 5 percent ABV “blended saison” that is brewed with 2-row, wheat and amber malts, flaked oats as well as golding, sorcachi ace, nelson sauvin and falconer’s flight hops. The bière de coupage—which translates to beer that’s cut—is a dry-hopped blend of fresh farmhouse ale mixed with older, sour beer that has been aged in oak barrels.

When it debuted in early 2011, Das Wunderkind! was one of the first wild beers Jester King produced.

According to Jester King, the newest batch of Das Wunderkind! will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($14) and will be available for sale at the brewery starting on Feb. 14.
