On Friday, Jester King Brewery will be releasing 2018 Aurelian Lure, a 6.1 percent ABV barrel-aged sour ale re-fermented on over 1,200 pounds of hand-pitted Patterson apricots from Blossom Hill in California at a ratio of approximately three pounds per gallon.

This will be the sixth release of Aurelian Lure following the its debut in October 2013 when about 400 bottles were sold.

According to a post on Jester King’s Facebook Page, 2018 Aurelian Lure will be packaged in 500ml bottles ($20) and will have a three bottle per person per day purchase limit when it go on sale on Sept. 14 with 1,300 bottles available.
