According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Jester King Brewery is working on releasing Italian Style Pilsner, a 5 percent ABV Italian pilsner-style ale that will be packaged in 16-ounce cans.

The Austin-based brewery has released pilsner-style ales before, most notably Unfiltered Pilsner, a 5.1 percent ABV “German-inspired Pilsner brewed with Hill Country well water, Blacklands Pilsner malt, a touch of raw grains from Barton Springs Mill, and German Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops” that was lagered for five weeks in a horizontal dairy tank a before being packaged exclusively in kegs and released in December 2019.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
