The number of collaborations that Jester King Brewery has participated in continues to grow, and one of the newest examples was brewed with Saint Somewhere Brewery. The as yet unnamed beer was brewed at the Tarpon Springs, Fla.-based brewery on Oct. 19.

“The grist consisted of Pilsner, Wheat, and Flaked Rye, fermented with Saint Somewhere’s house culture,” said Garrett Crowell, Jester King head brewer, in an email with Tenemu. “After fermentation, honey will be added for a secondary fermentation prior to packaging.”

According to Crowell, there will be two batches of the beer totaling 14 bbls, and while details such as bottle count, release date and a name are not known yet, the beer will be packaged in green bottles.
