If honey is your thing, Jester King Brewery has the beer for you.

The newest blend to be rereleased by the Austin, Texas-based brewery is Bière de Miel, a 6.1 percent ABV farmhouse ale brewed with honey and golding hops as well as pilsner and wheat malt before being fermented with raw Texas wildflower honey. This is the third batch of Bière de Miel that has been available, with the initial batch being released in June 2014 and the second batch in August 2014.
