Another canned beer is on the way from Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers.

This time, the beer is Kiwi Rising, an 8.5 percent ABV “double India pale lager” brewed with hops sourced from New Zealand. The lager was first released by the Framingham, Mass.-based brewery in 2011, and is currently sold in 500ml bottles.

“Four kettle hop additions, whole leaf hops in the hop back, and multiple dry hop additions infuse an intense floral and citrusy aroma,” reads the brewery’s website. “No kiwifruit or kiwi birds were used in the production of this beer.”

According to a post on Jack’s Abby’s Instagram page, Kiwi Rising will be packaged four-packs of 16-ounce cans and is scheduled to be released in November.
