Turn back the clock, New Year’s Eve 2018 is heading to stores.

Hoppin’ Frog Brewing announced that it will be releasing the remaining thousand bottles or so of its New Year’s Eve 2018 bottle, a 13.6 percent ABV beer that makes a nice Champagne alternative by showcasing a malty yet light profile.

The beer’s initial release had taken place much earlier this year, on Jan. 2, and the beer is expected to retail in the $11-$15 range per 22-ounce bottle depending on the state. New Year’s Eve is part of a new series that the brewery is starting so annual releases are to be expected in the future.

The brewery announced that its 2019 version of the beer will also be released in a few weeks, on Jan. 2, 2019, and the new iteration will be slightly drier and stronger at 15.8 percent ABV.
