Almost six weeks after it was originally brewed, Tired Hands Brewing Co. has released Honey, I Love You.

The newest beer from the Ardmore, Pa.-based brewery is a 5.8 percent ABV saison that is brewed with wheat and wildflower honey from Pennsylviania before being fermented “with a blend of yeasts” in a large oak foudres. According to the brewery, 30 barrels of the beer were originaly brewed on May 5, and it is described as “Tart and delicate!”

A post on Tired Hand’s Instagram page says that Honey, I Love You is now available on draft at the Fermentaria starting today.
