The newest version of a popular stout from Hill Farmstead Brewery that is dedicated to a beloved dog goes on sale next week.

The beer is Peleg, a “Farmstead® Old Ale” that was naturally cooled and open fermented in the brewery’s outdoor coolship before being aged in third-use bourbon barrels for 12 months.

The ale debuted in 2014 and was brewed in collaboration with Denmark-based Bryggeriet Djævlebryg and Kissmeyer Brewing.

According to Hill Farmstead, the newest batch of Peleg will be packaged in 375ml bottles ($20) that will be released on Nov. 7 with a two bottle per person purchase limit.
