This week, Hill Farmstead Brewery is releasing the newest version of Barrel-Aged Dorothy, a dry-hopped “Farmstead pale ale” brewed with American malted barley, malted wheat and hops from American and New Zealand before being aged in wine barrels for one year.

The barrel-aged ale debuted in 2016 and was last seen in May of last year.

According to a post on Hill Farmstead’s website, Barrel-Aged Dorothy will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($30) and will have a purchase limit of two bottles per person when it is released on May 2.
