Next week, Hill Farmstead Brewery will be releasing the latest version of Sue, a “lightly tart and delicately hopped” farmhouse ale that has been aged for nearly two years in wine barrels.  The ale debuted in 2014 and is a barrel-aged version of the Greensboro, Vt.-based brewery’s Susan, which was named after owner Shaun Hill’s grandfather’s sister.

According to a post on Hill Farmstead’s website, the newest incarnation of Sue will go on sale on June 28 at the brewery.
