This Wednesday, Hill Farmstead Brewery is commemorating the birthday of American poet Henry David Thoreau by adding a new release in one of its longest running series.

Civil Disobedience #25 is a blend of several of the brewery’s different beers, including “young wine barrel-aged Anna”, “an experimental 14-month-old buckwheat Farmstead® ale that would lead towards Samuel”, a “mature Juicy” and “a developed 14-month wine barrel-aged Sankt Hans.”

This will be the 25th release in the Civil Disobedience line that debuted in 2011, each of which is composed of a blend of different beers that Hill Farmstead brews.

According to a post on the Greensboro, Vt.-based brewery’s website, Civil Disobedience #25 will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($35) that will have a three bottle per person purchase limit when it is released on July 10.
