A new Civil Disobedience is on sale today at Hill Farmstead Brewery, and this one includes mangos.
According to the Greensboro, Vt.-based brewery, Civil Disobedience 15 is a blend of different beers that have aged in wine barrels ranging from 16 to 30 months. The beer was then conditioned on “many, many” hand peeled mangos before being bottled.
As the name implies, this is the 15th release in the Civil Disobedience line, each of which has a blend of different beers that Hill Farmstead brews. The original release of Civil Disobedience 1(7 percent ABV) was sold in 2011, while Civil Disobedience 14 was released in June of this year.
Civil Disobedience 15 is packaged in 750ml bottles ($30) and will have a limited of four bottles per person when it goes on sale at Hill Farmstead today.
