Hill Farmstead Brewery is coming out with two previously released beers celebrating the lives of Damon, a beloved dog, and Edith, their grandfathers sister who rests upon the Hill Farmstead land that was once her home.

Damon is a 10.5 percent ABV imperial stout conditioned on bourbon barrels from “our favorite distillery”, while Edith is a 6 percent ABV dark farmstead ale brewed with European hops and uses American malted barley, farmhouse yeast and water from their well.

According to the Hill Farmstead website Damon will be released in 500mL bottles ($30) and have a two bottle per person limit, while Edith will be released in 750mL bottles ($11) and will not have a bottle limit.
