Next month, Hi-Wire Brewing will be joining the canning movement.

The Asheville, N.C.-based brewery will be releasing its first two beers in cans on June 4 at an event. The first two beers to be packaged in cans will be Hi-Wire Lager (4.6 percent ABV) as well as Hi-Wire Gose (4.2 percent ABV), which is brewed with pink Himalayan salt, coriander and lactobacillus.

“Deep distribution in each market we are in is always our goal,” said Chris Frosaker, co-owner of Hi-Wire, in a press release. “Canning is a way to deliver our beer to a population of customers we are not currently reaching.”

According to a press release, both Hi-Wire Lager and Hi-Wire Gose will be packaged in 12-ounce cans.
